History

Before Creative Concepts was even a concept, it all started a long time ago, from humble beginnings with a man who loved drawing cartoons, to then bring them to life!

"PROGRESS CAN'T BE STOPPED"

Manuel Meyer was an animator, film producer, and entrepreneur with a vision of creating more than just cartoons: Expand the business to new horizons. To Manuel, cartoons were not merely productions but a novel medium capable of generating significant impact in various ways. Consequently, he spearheaded ambitious animation and film projects that enabled him to further enhance its influence within the entertainment industry. This momentum culminated in the success of the popular cartoon show “Herbert & Jerry.” Subsequently, Manuel founded Meyer’s Family Entertainment, a new company under his leadership dedicated to continuing his legacy of innovation.

As technology advanced over the years, Manuel’s son, Daniel Meyer, recognized the potential of integrating it into the entertainment medium. This realization led Daniel Meyer to join his father in this endeavor.Manuel Meyer was an animator, film producer, and an entrepreneur with the vision of making more than just cartoons, but also keeping expanding the business to new horizons.

Daniel Meyer

Daniel Meyer, a mechanical engineering graduate from the Neon's Institute of Technology, embarked on a journey with his father, envisioning a groundbreaking fusion of technology with human elements. This visionary concept, encapsulated in his pioneering animatronic program that seamlessly blended suits and mechanical components, marked a significant leap into uncharted territory. In 1992, Daniel founded Creative Concepts, carrying forward his father’s mission to keep the progress.Creative Concepts remains steadfast in its commitment to this mission, consistently pushing the boundaries of what is possible. Through their innovative projects, they have transcended the limitations of technology, creating awe-inspiring experiences that captivate audiences. With a forward-looking perspective, Creative Concepts aspires to not only deliver the finest entertainment in America but also transcend the boundaries of human mortality, pushing humanity to new heights.

TRUE MOTION TECHNOLOGY

In our first animatronic program, we tried to incorporate human motion directly from performers wearing mechanical suits during shows, to give the illusion of real movements. With newer programs in the market, the essence of that human motion disappeared over the years, as the new animatronics would move using algorithms which for today's standards are obsolete, creating inaccurate moves or awkward poses. Nowadays animatronics can walk, bend, hug, but they still feel like just robots and nothing else besides the suit they are wearing.

But that is about to change, once and for all.
True Motion is a new algorithm we are developing with our newest endoskeleton hardware using nothing but the finest technology. Soon you will witness real motion in our animatronics, as they are not just going to move as they usually do, but also they will feel more alive than ever. Fluid walk-cycles and movements, real balance based on weight.

MAGGIE'S MAGICAL WORLD

And where can you see this technology? At Maggie's Magical World, of course!Maggie's Magical World is a new restaurant franchise, and it features three new characters in The Rockachella Band. This is just a small taste of what is to come, as it will be a big leap from older models used by other franchises. We are intrigued to keep developing this new technology, as it is planned to soon be incorporated all over the United States in every fun park, movie sets or live attractions requiring our animatronics for realistic interactions with the audience. We have big plans to also incorporate artificial intelligence capable to mimic us, so in the future, androids can also be a reality.
